          You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags still attached.

          How to use

          Wear Gogo Shorties Training Pants just like regular undies for gentle support throughout your child's toilet learning journey.

          When a little extra absorbency is needed, simply place the Booster Pad Insert inside the built-in pocket. For expected poo accidents, the insert can also be placed on top of the gusset to help make changes quicker and keep the training pants cleaner.

          Designed for daytime use.

          Care

          Designed to be washed, worn and loved again and again.

          • Wash before first use.
          • If soiled, remove any solids into the toilet and rinse out with cold water straight away.
          • Remove any Booster Pad Inserts before washing.
          • Leave side snaps undone for a deeper, more thorough wash.
          • Cold or warm gentle machine wash with like colours (max 30°C).
          • Use a wool-friendly, mild enzyme-free detergent.
          • Do not bleach or use fabric softeners.
          • Line dry in the shade.
          • Do not tumble dry.
          • Do not iron.

They provide light protection for small accidents while allowing your child to feel wetness, helping support body awareness as they learn at their own pace.

          Are Gogo Shorties leakproof?

          Gogo Shorties are designed for small accidents and are not a replacement for nappies. They include absorbent layers and a thin waterproof barrier for added protection, but larger accidents may still leak.

          When should I start using training pants?

          Training pants are often introduced when your child starts showing an interest in the toilet, staying dry for longer periods, noticing when they wee or feel wet, or are able to pull their pants up and down with little help. There’s no set age or perfect time to start. Every child is different, and you know your child best. Follow their cues and choose a time that feels right for your family.

          Gogo Shorties are designed to gently support this transition, at your child’s pace.

          How many pairs will I need?

          Most families start with around 3–8 pairs, depending on washing frequency.

          In the early stages, several changes a day is normal. Starting with a smaller number can also work if you are introducing them gradually.

          Can I add extra absorbency?

          Yes. Gogo Shorties include a hidden pocket designed for Booster Pad Inserts.

          These can be added when a little extra reassurance is helpful, such as for outings, naps in the car, or earlier stages of toilet learning.

          Why is feeling wet important for toilet learning?

          Feeling wet helps children become more aware of when they’ve had a wee and begin making the connection with using the toilet. This growing awareness can help support independence over time.

          Can Gogo Shorties be used overnight?

          Gogo Shorties are designed for daytime toilet learning and light protection from small accidents. They’re not designed for overnight use, when children typically need greater absorbency and leak protection while they sleep.

          Can Gogo Shorties be used out and about?

          Yes. They are designed to support everyday life, offering light protection for small accidents while still supporting your child’s learning. If you feel like you need extra peace of mind when out and about you can also add a Booster Pad Insert for added protection.

          Do I need to lanolise the training pants?

          No. Gogo Shorties should not be lanolised. Unlike traditional wool covers, they have a built-in waterproof layer. Lanolising may reduce the absorbency of the gusset and affect how the training pants perform. Simply wash on a gentle cycle and line dry.
